Mr .Sivanandan came to Vietnam in early 2019 to pursue entrepreneurship, building his own firm while consulting for clients ranging from start-ups to international corporations. His work focuses on digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on helping businesses anticipate and navigate regulatory challenges in data protection and privacy.

With a background in IT engineering and expertise in GDPR, he quickly became an active contributor to the European Chamber of Commerce’s Digital Sector Committee. His dedication and expertise led to his appointment as Chairman, and he now serves as Co-Chair alongside Mr. Poskakukhin. Together, they have expanded the committee’s influence through events, media engagements, and thought leadership, while fostering a dynamic working environment that closely tracks the latest regulatory developments.
